Refund Policy – cGPMAX®
At cGPMAX®, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund. Refunds are only available under certain circumstances, such as experiencing a negative reaction to the product.
If you encounter any adverse effects, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. Then, contact us at orders@cgpmax.com for further assistance, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note: Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, has a broken seal, or if you've received the wrong product, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct product, please contact us at orders@cgpmax.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that exchanges are not available for change of mind. If there is a price difference between the original and new items, the difference must be paid in full. Prices are based on the original purchase date.
Returns
We do not accept returns, so please do not send any products back to us.
