Rewards account set up and login

1.      How do I know if I have an account?

a.      If you’ve ever purchased a product online from us, you most likely already have an account and may have already earned points.

b.      To log in and check your rewards balance, simply enter the email address you used when purchasing. You’ll then see the rewards dashboard.
 

 

c.       Check your email for the automatically generated account password and use it to log in.


 

 

2.      What if I’ve never purchased from you online?
If you don’t have an account, you can set one up in two ways:

a.      Click the “Create Account” link on the Rewards page and complete the form. This option allows you to choose your own password.

b.      Alternatively, make a purchase online and tick the "Save Details" box during checkout. You’ll receive a purchase confirmation email. Next follow the steps in 1 above to log in.

Earning points

1.      Purchases.

a.      Earn 5 points for a single bottle.

b.      Earn 15 points for a starter pack.

c.       Earn 30 points for each quarterly subscription shipped.

2.      Social engagement

a.       Earn 10 points by liking us on Facebook and following us on Instagram. This is a one-time reward and must be done via the pop-up or the Rewards/Login page.

 

3.      Newsletter sign-up

a.      Earn 5 points by signing up for our newsletter (one-time reward).

4.      View Points - Your total points will be displayed at the top of the Rewards page.

Referrals – Earn 20 points every time you refer a friend.

1.      Refer friends via the Rewards pop-up or the Rewards/Login page.


Share your referral link directly or via Facebook, Twitter, or email.

3.      Referral coupon codes never expire, and you can refer multiple friends.

4.      You’ll receive 20 points for every friend who completes a purchase using your referral coupon.

*Referral discount is for new customers only.

 

Redeeming Points for free products.

1.      Choose a free product from the pop-up or the Rewards/Login page.


 

2.      Choose a free product from the pop-up or the Rewards/Login page.

3.      You’ll receive a redemption code on-screen and via email.

4.      Select the product from the shopping page, add it to your cart, and apply the code at checkout.

5.      Postage costs still apply.

6.      Redemption codes expire after 7 days if unused. In that case, points will return to your account.

 


FAQ

 

I already have a subscription.

Great! You’re already earning points with each subscription renewal. Log in to the Rewards page to view your balance.

Why don’t I see any points on the Rewards page?

1.      You may not have earned points yet—refer to the “Earning Points” section.

2.      Points may have been used for a free product redemption. If the code remains unused, points will return after 7 days. Contact us at orders@cgpmax.com if needed.

3.      Ensure you’re logging in with the email address used for your purchases.

4.      Referral points are only credited once your friend completes a purchase with their referral coupon.

Blackout dates

During discounted sales promotions, points cannot be earned on those purchases.

Why has the points structure changed?

cGPMAX® reserves the right to adjust the points structure and programme terms without notice.

Can I use points for subscription discounts?

No, points can only be redeemed for free products listed on the website.

Can I transfer points to another account?

No, points are tied to the original account.

Do points expire?

Currently, points do not expire.
