Change Shipping Date Or Skip Next Order

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab. 
  3. Click Manage this subscription
  4. Click either Reschedule or Skip.
    1. Skip - Make sure to click Yes, skip from this order.
    2. Reschedule - Click if you wish to Reschedule for 1 week, 2 weeks or until a specific date.
      1. Specific Date - select the reschedule date for the calendar dialogue box.
      2. After selecting the date make sure you scroll down and click Save Changes.

How To Get Subscription To Ship Now

If you’d like your subscription to ship now:

On this page, go to “Change shipping date or skip next order”, then select 4.2 Reschedule.

From there, choose today’s date as your new shipping date.

Pause Subscription

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab. 
  3. Click Pause Subscription

Update Address

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Address & payment details tab and select Manage addresses.
  3. Update the current address - select Edit.
  4. Add New Address – Use this option if you want to:
    • change address for all products.
    • switch to a different address for this product or subscription.
    • keep your old address saved for future use.
  5. Review details and Save.

Tracking & Missing Parcel

  1. Check your email for your order confirmation or shipping email, and copy the tracking number provided.
  2. Visit https://parcelsapp.com/, enter the tracking number, and click Track Package. The app will show the current delivery status.
  3. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be stuck for an extended period, please contact us at orders@cgpmax.com and we’ll launch an investigation.

Update Payment Method

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Address & payment details tab and select manage payment methods
  3. Click Edit on the existing payment to update. 
  4. Click Send edit payment link.
  5. Check email associated with the account (make sure to check spam), and click on the link in the email to open the payment page.
  6. Click the Change payment link.

 

  1. Fill in the new payment details (make sure the card Billing address is correct)
  2. Once you have added the new payment details scroll to the bottom and click the Update Card button.

*Note if the change is successful you will get a validation confirmation message.

Change Product

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab.
  3. Click the Swap this for a different product tab.
  4. Click the Swap button under the product you want to change to.
  5. Click the Swap product button.
