Subscription Help_Change shipping date or skip next order
- Log in to your customer portal.

Click the Manage subscriptions tab.
- Click Manage this subscription.
- Click either Reschedule or Skip.

Skip - Make sure to click Yes, skip from this order.

Reschedule - Click if you wish to Reschedule for 1 week, 2 weeks or until a specific date.
- Specific Date - select the reschedule date for the calendar dialogue box.
- After selecting the date make sure you scroll down and click Save Changes.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
